Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and scientifically driven fresh graduates to join our Oncology Formulation Research & Development team as Trainee Research Associates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in pharmaceutical R&D; while working on the development of innovative oncology drug products for global regulated markets.

The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to formulation development activities, analytical evaluation, laboratory operations, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements under the guidance of experienced scientists.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in pre-formulation and formulation development activities for oncology products.
- Perform laboratory experiments as per approved protocols and study plans.
- Support characterization and evaluation of formulations.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks,



raw data records, and development reports.
- Conduct literature searches, scientific reviews, and patent assessments.
- Participate in stability studies and sample management activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, data integrity, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in preparation of technical documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
- Collaborate with Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing teams.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Basic knowledge of dosage forms and formulation principles.
- Good laboratory practices and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic research environment.
