WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Write the first line of code. And the ten-thousandth.
- Pick the stack. Own the architecture.
- Ship GenAI that works in production, not in demos.
- Build real-time auctions that don’t drop a bid.
- Build your team and build with them.
- Become our CTO as we grow. That’s the plan, not a maybe.

YOU HAVE

- 5+ years building and shipping full-stack products.
- Solid in React/Next.js and Node or Python.
- Built on PostgreSQL, Redis, queues and the cloud (AWS preferred).
- Shipped LLM features to real users: RAG, agents, evals, keeping costs down.
- Worked with both closed and open models. You know when an SLM beats GPT.
- Built real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven).




- Integrated messy third-party APIs and lived to tell the tale.
- Owned something end to end. Ideally 0 to 1.

YOU ARE

- Hands-on. Not “I’ll architect, someone else codes.”
- Comfortable with chaos. Fast, but not sloppy.
- Someone people want to work for.
