Role Description The Founder's Office Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, working directly with the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include competitor research, preparing briefs and presentations, and assisting with planning and tracking key projects.

The intern will help draft internal and external communications, support content-related initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.

The role also involves organizing meetings, maintaining documentation,



and following up on action items to ensure smooth execution of priorities. This position offers hands-on exposure to business strategy, content-led growth, and the inner workings of a founder-led organization.

Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and present information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents, emails, and presentations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
