The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious Founder's Office Intern to work directly with our Co-Founder.

This isn't a conventional internship where you'll be limited to repetitive tasks. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a creative agency operates, builds client relationships, develops business opportunities and brings ideas to life.

You'll learn directly from the founder, collaborate with creative teams and participate in real business activities.

What You'll Do

- Assist the Co-Founder with daily business priorities and coordination.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
- Support client communication, meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Research potential clients, brands and business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal creative, marketing and production teams.
- Help maintain project trackers,



client databases and business development pipelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve business operations, client experiences and agency growth.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates or final-year students from any academic background.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and professional in client interactions.
- Organised, proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Curious about branding, marketing, hospitality, events and business development.
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Google Workspace and basic productivity tools.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Prior experience isn't mandatory. Attitude, communication and willingness to learn matter more to us.
