What you'll do

— Work directly with the founders to drive strategic initiatives and solve business-critical problems.

— Manage special projects across functions: operations, marketing, fundraising, product and hiring.

— Prepare business reviews, investor presentations and board reports.

— Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial and operational analysis to supportdecision-making.

— Act as a bridge between the founders and different teams to ensure smooth execution.

— Handle high-priority tasks with discretion, ownership and speed.

— Build processes and structure: find gaps and set up workflows, SOPs, dashboards and accountability in teams such as customer support and data.

— Own founder-priority projects end to end, from problem definition to rollout.

What we're looking for

— Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.

— 2–4 years of experience in consulting,



investment banking or a high-growth startup. Consulting, startup or strategy experience preferred; open to both pre-MBA and post-MBA candidates.

— Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

— Excellent communication and presentation skills.

— Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and work in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting.

— Hunger to learn, take ownership and work closely with leadership.

— Very strong with data: Excel or Google Sheets modelling, dashboards, and comfort working from raw numbers.

— A proven record of building or fixing processes in a team, with results to show.

Good to have

— Experience in D2C, consumer brands or e-commerce.

— Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting or financial planning.
