About the opportunity

We are hiring a Founder's Office Associate for one of our clients, a well-established family business in apparel that has been running successfully for over 45 years from Chandpole, Jaipur.

You will work directly with the owner on day-to-day operations and growth. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn first-hand how a real business is run: sales, operations, people, inventory and customers.

What you will do

- Work closely with the owner on daily priorities, follow-ups and special projects
- Track key business numbers (sales, stock, collections) and help improve them
- Coordinate with managers and staff to get things done on the ground
- Help set up simple systems: reporting, SOPs and reviews
- Own growth initiatives as assigned

Who should apply
- Someone eager to learn how to run a business, with high ownership and a hands-on attitude
- Positive communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Based in Jaipur and comfortable working on-site at Chandpole

Compensation: Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month Location: Chandpole, Jaipur (on-site)
