About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly organised professional to own video project delivery for enterprise clients. You will connect clients, creative and production partners, and internal technical and operations teams to ensure each video reflects the client’s vision, meets a high cinematic standard and is delivered on time. The role requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and end-to-end execution skills, ideally gained in an advertising, creative or production agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery end to end: Manage client accounts and video projects from brief and planning through revisions, quality checks and

final sign-off.
- Protect creative quality: Review storytelling, visual composition, pacing, brand alignment and overall video output before delivery.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Align clients, creative teams, production partners and internal AI, technical and operations teams.
- Plan and execute: Track milestones, dependencies and feedback; manage multiple deliverables and meet agreed timelines.
- Solve problems: Identify risks,



resolve production bottlenecks and escalate issues early to keep projects on track.
- Improve workflows: Turn client requirements into explicit briefs and help improve coordination, turnaround time and delivery

processes. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in creative project management, video production, campaign execution or account management, preferably in an

advertising, creative, digital or production agency.
- Strong creative sensibility and understanding of cinematic storytelling, editing, visual quality and production workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation and independent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to own projects end to end, manage client feedback and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail, accountability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background Experience at agencies such as Dentsu, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, McCann, WPP agencies or similar; exposure to brand films,

commercials, digital video campaigns, post-production or enterprise clients. Familiarity with AI-generated video and technology-enabled production is a plus.
