Role Description

We’re hiring a Founder’s Office & Events Intern to work directly with me across the many moving parts of building and executing events at Auraline.

This isn’t an internship where you’ll be doing just one thing every day. One day you might be helping put together a client presentation, another researching vendors and building an event plan, and the next you could be on-site helping bring the entire experience to life.

What you’ll work on:

- Event planning, research & coordination
- Vendor and venue research & follow-ups
- Client presentations, moodboards & proposals
- Basic designing on Canva
- Event checklists, timelines & planning documents




- Creative brainstorming & experience ideas
- Site visits, setups & on-ground event execution
- Supporting the founder with the everyday moving pieces of building Auraline

Who I’m looking for:

Someone who has previous exposure to events — through an internship, event agency, weddings, college festivals, brand activations or hands-on event work.

You should be organised, proactive, comfortable with Canva and presentations, have a good visual eye, and most importantly, be someone who gets things done without needing to be reminded five times.

You’ll get hands-on exposure across social celebrations, weddings, brand events, corporate experiences and Auraline’s own event concepts — right from the idea stage to the final execution.
