- Knowledge of US Mortgage and Foreclosure processes, preferably Judicial Foreclosure.
- Understanding of Mortgage/Foreclosure documents including Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title documents, Lis Pendens and Judgment.
- Knowledge of filing complaints and issuing summons for service of process.
- Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines.
- Experience reviewing Title documents for potential title issues.
- Ensure cases are handled within applicable regulatory, investor/insurer and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
- Accurate maintenance and documentation in tracking systems.
