About the Role

Raywood Ruby Stone Exotic is looking for an experienced, responsible, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent food service and guest satisfaction.

We are specifically looking for candidates from Chamba and nearby areas who can travel to the property daily. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hotel environment and managing restaurant service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and food & beverage service operations.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate stewards and service staff.
- Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service.
- Welcome guests and handle feedback, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order processing and timely service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table setup, buffet arrangements, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service supplies.
- Assist with inventory control, requisitions, and wastage monitoring.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and performance.
- Train team members on service standards and guest-handling procedures.
- Ensure a positive dining experience and smooth day-to-day operations.





Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant F&B; operations is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in food and beverage service is an advantage.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards, table setup, and food safety.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and manage busy service periods.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and a guest-first attitude.
- Must be comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must reside in Chamba or nearby areas and be able to commute to the property daily.
- Candidates requiring relocation or company accommodation are not preferred for this position.

Salary ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
