As food quality supervisor at FarmDidi, you’ll oversee day-to-day quality checks and help ensure food handling and testing follow established standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues to spot issues early, communicate findings clearly, and support consistent, reliable processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise routine quality checks at relevant stages of food handling, recording results accurately and flagging deviations.
- Coordinate laboratory testing, prepare or review samples, and use appropriate laboratory techniques to help verify quality and safety.
- Review test data and inspection records, identify recurring concerns, and share clear findings with the appropriate teams.
- Check that quality procedures are followed, including sampling, documentation, equipment use, and hygiene practices.
- Investigate quality deviations with colleagues, document likely causes,



and track corrective actions through to completion.
- Maintain orderly, accurate quality records and prepare updates for internal reviews or audits.
- Guide team members on quality checks and documentation, communicating expectations and changes in a explicit, practical way.
