Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Ensure proper storage of cleaned items.
- Dispose of waste and follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist the kitchen and service teams as required.
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hotel preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning and hygiene practices.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
