Indira Kunj Ruby Stone Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet is looking for a skilled, guest-focused, and responsible F&B; Captain to supervise daily restaurant and banquet service operations, lead service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food and beverage service in the restaurant and banquet areas.
- Lead and coordinate service staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure professional service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team regarding orders, special requests, and food preparation timings.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, restaurant presentation, and service standards.
- Supervise banquet setups and ensure events run smoothly.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Assist with staff training, duty allocation, and inventory control when required.
- Support the restaurant manager in daily operations and service quality improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; service; experience as a Captain or Senior Steward is preferred.




- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards, table setup, and banquet operations.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Candidates living within 5–25 km of the property are preferred.
