The Role

- You will over see the entire F&B; Operations, including fine dining restaurants, premium lounges, banquets, high-profile events and poolside catering. The ideal candidate will blend strategic business acumen with an unwavering passion for exceptional guest service and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day by day operations of all F&B; outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Design & Curate cutting-edge menus and concepts in collaboration with the Executive chef.
- Achieve financial targets by maximizing revenue, managing budgets and controlling food/labor costs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 5-8 years of proven experience as an F&B; Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel, resort or elite recreational club.




- Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal and crisis management skills.
- Deep Knowledge of food trends, fine wines, mixology and high-end banquet operations.
