Key Responsibilities

- Register incidents/requests from users into the call logging tool (provided by the client) and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs.
- Provide support for desktop/laptop-related issues and user queries.
- Perform system administration tasks including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for desktops/laptops.
- Install and manage antivirus solutions on non-vision desktops/laptops.
- Carry out patch upgrades on non-vision desktops/laptops.
- Configure email accounts and ensure regular updates on all user systems.
- Provide first-level support for LAN-related issues.
- Support and troubleshoot peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and ISPs for hardware repairs and network/link-related issues.
- Install required software and applications on user systems.
- Manage IT asset movement and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.




- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of server rooms and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all HSEQ safety protocols.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and system administration.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN support).
- Experience with antivirus management and patch updates.
- Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Awareness of safety and compliance protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT support or Facility Management Services (FMS)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
