Complete in-charge of assigned floor - IP rooms, wards, nursing stations.

Ensure timely admission, room allocation, shifting and discharge process.

Monitor bed availability and update Front Office / Admission desk.

Daily rounds on all occupied rooms, meet patients/bystanders and collect feedback.

Ensure patients get timely doctor visits, medicines from pharmacy, lab services, diet and other services.

Handle patient complaints immediately and escalate to management if needed.

Supervise Nursing staff, Ward Boys/Girls, Housekeeping and Security on the floor.

Allocate duty, check grooming, discipline and attendance of floor staff.

Coordinate with Nursing Superintendent for nursing care.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control on the floor.

Act as link between Front Office, Nursing, Doctors, Lab, Pharmacy, and Housekeeping .

Maintain floor reports - Occupancy, Discharge, Patient Feedback, Incident Report.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
