- Education:

- Graduate / MBA / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (BHA / MHA), Healthcare Management

- Experience:

- Typically 4 to 6 years of experience in hospital operations, patient-relations, or floor supervision in a multi-specialty or NABH-accredited hospital.

- Core Competencies:

- Solid leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic communication skills.

- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and basic MS Office/Excel.

- Ability to work under high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care &
- Navigation:

- Act as the single point of contact for admitted patients and their attendants from admission to discharge.

- Conduct daily floor rounds to check on patient comfort, doctor availability, and prompt nursing responses.

- Coordinate planned and emergency admissions, bed allotments, and real-time patient flow.

- Discharge &

- Billing Coordination:

- Track morning discharge statuses and manage the discharge counseling process

- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy,



and medical records to ensure timely discharge clearance.

- Staff &

- Resource Supervision:

- Monitor floor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and shift adherence.

- Supervise support services including housekeeping, security, F&B; (Food and Beverage), and call-bell response times.

- Conduct shift briefings and manage staff escalations or duty replacements during absences.

Quality, Audits &

- Compliance:

- Enforce hospital policies, safety guidelines, and statutory healthcare standards (such as NABH compliance).

- Perform daily open-file audits, facility equipment checks, and biomedical waste segregation monitoring.

- Collect written and digital patient feedback (e.g., via app-based feedback systems) and execute root cause analysis (RCA) for control

Reporting:

- Submit daily operational reports to the Medical Superintendent, Nursing Head, or Hospital Administration regarding admissions, discharges, transfers, and facility faults.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
