Role & Responsibilities:

Need a Fleet/Transport Manager with solid sense of responsibility and accountability towards their work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communication via email, WhatsApp, phone calls with drivers, logistics team members, and company leadership.

- Reading, understanding, and replying to emails CLEARLY and PROMPTLY.

- Tracking of logistics vehicles via GPS and updating the same ACCURATELY and PROMPTLY.

- Following up with drivers for loading and unloading of vehicles regularly.

- Preparing and sending daily emails to customers with updates about vehicle positions and schedules.

- Keeping track of renewal of all vehicle-related documents such as insurance, PUC, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in ACCURATE AND PROMPT correspondence and communication

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Willing to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY for their work and avoiding mistakes.
