Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

ABOUT RETHINK FITNESS

Rethink Fitness is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Fitness Sales Executive to join our team.

We are seeking someone with strong communication and sales skills who can connect with prospective members, understand their fitness goals, explain our membership options and convert enquiries into memberships.

If you are confident in handling clients, passionate about sales and motivated by targets, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle walk-in enquiries, incoming calls and prospective member enquiries.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to drive membership sales.
- Explain gym memberships, packages and Personal Training options to prospective members.
- Convert enquiries into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Follow up on membership renewals and identify opportunities for referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable membership options.
- Maintain lead records, follow-up updates and daily sales reports.




- Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
- Contribute to the overall sales growth of Rethink Fitness.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Experience working with reputed gyms or fitness brands will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads into sales.
- Comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and lead tracking.
- A proactive attitude, professional approach and willingness to learn.

SALARY & COMPENSATION

₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate based on skills and relevant experience.
