Fit-Out Executive with 2+ years of work experience required at a reputed real estate organisation located in Mumbai.

Candidates with experience in commercial / residential fit-out projects will be preferred.

JD:

- Manage and supervise interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishing works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications before execution.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections, snagging, and defect rectification.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate project handovers.

Salary - Rs 45,000 per month (can be increased slightly for a suitable candidate).
