Role & responsibilities

- Explain IVF treatment packages, including consultation, investigations, medications, procedures and additional charges.

- Counsel patients and their families about treatment affordability.

- Prepare cost estimates and explain package inclusions and exclusions.

- Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, billing teams and finance departments.

- Follow up with patients regarding payment plans and treatment decisions.

- Maintain accurate patient counselling records and follow patient confidentiality policies.

- Help patients understand the financial implications of additional procedures, such as ICSI, embryo freezing and frozen embryo transfer (FET).

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in hospital counselling, IVF counselling, healthcare sales or patient coordination is preferred.

- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu

- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and patient management software.

- Empathy, negotiation, follow-up and documentation skills.
