Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Taxation to join our Finance Product and ERP implementation team.

The role involves working on Financial Reporting, Financial Consolidation, Intercompany Reconciliation & Elimination, GST, E-Invoicing and D365 Business Central solutions, with a focus on automating finance processes through ERP and financial software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse accounting and finance processes and understand business requirements.
- Work on Financial Reporting and Financial Consolidation requirements.
- Understand Intercompany Reconciliation, Intercompany Elimination and consolidation processes.
- Support D365 Business Central Finance implementation and functional activities.
- Understand GST Returns and E-Invoicing processes, including automation through ERP and reconciliation between ERP and statutory returns.
- Perform financial data validation, reconciliation and reporting analysis.
- Prepare functional requirements, process documentation and test cases.
- Support functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Work with product and technical teams to convert finance requirements into software solutions.
- Support product enhancements and implementation of finance-related solutions.

Required Skills




- Good understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts.
- Practical experience in bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, financial statements, GST, taxation, audit or financial reporting.
- Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and reconciliations.
- Understanding of Intercompany Reconciliation and Elimination.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Interest in ERP, Financial Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Finance Technology.

Optional / Added Advantage Experience or knowledge in any of the following will be an added advantage:
- D365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Power BI or other reporting/BI tools
- GST and E-Invoicing automation
- ERP-to-GST reconciliation
- Financial Consolidation / EPM
- ROC Compliance, including MGT-7/7A, AOC-4, MGT-14, SPICe+, e-MOA, e-AOA, INC-9, AGILE-PRO-S, etc.
- Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliance
- Financial projections / CMA data
- Tally Prime, Zoho Books or other accounting/ERP applications

Qualification CMA / CA Inter / CA / M.Com / equivalent Finance or Accounting qualification.

Candidates from Accounting, Audit, Taxation or CA/CMA firms with practical finance experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹268,000.00 - ₹1,190,000.00 per year
