What You Will Do As Vice President, Finance Technology, you will lead the Finance Technology team in India and collaborate with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and Finance professionals to define the roadmap and drive delivery for Investment, Actuarial, Treasury, Procurement & Payment and Finance technology teams. You will work with finance and technology teams to identify, develop and deliver solutions that help us achieve business objectives.

Your leadership, expertise in product management and analytics, strong problem-solving and communication skills,



and experience with agile methodologies will drive innovative products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading the Financial Management Technology organization in India, providing guidance and direction to teams supporting Enterprise Investment Technology, Actuarial Technology, Treasury, Payment and Procurement Platforms, and Expense, Forecast and Finance Technology.
- Driving execution and delivery on the product roadmaps by working with product owners and business areas to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests and drive subsequent delivery.
- Ensuring alignment of product features and stories
- Communicating frequently with business stakeholders to ensure engagement and buy-in on decisions and proposed solutions
- Leading discussions and driving decisions around technology options
- Building and driving ongoing development of PFI Innovation Centre Finance Technology teams responsible for Finance Technology enhancements, initiatives and ongoing BAU support.

The Skills And Expertise You Bring

- Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering; Analytics; or experience in related fields
- 10-15 years of experience in leadership and driving the delivery of complex financial services technology solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge and leadership in agentic AI concepts and frameworks, with the ability to design, guide, and implement AI-driven solutions that leverage autonomous agents to enhance business and technology outcomes
- Experience in working with DevOps automation tools & practices; knowledge of full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Software/systems engineering background, knowledge of core Finance processes. Experience working in Insurance, Financial Services and/or Capital Markets industries a strong plus

- Financial/Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial and/or business concepts, tools and processes and how financial metrics are used to monitor and drive outcomes. Includes understanding of company accounts/metrics (ex: balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow, budget & forecast).
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.
