Role: Senior Manager Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IGAAP.

- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements applicable to a listed company.

- Manage general ledger, account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.

- Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Lead and mentor the Accounts team, allocate responsibilities and drive process improvements.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

- Oversee GST, TDS and other direct and indirect tax compliances.

- Support implementation and enhancement of financial systems and ERP modules.

- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury and business teams to support financial operations and decision-making.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance.

- Mandatory experience in a listed company setting.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of IND AS and IGAAP.
