Finance Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Industry: Garment Manufacturing

Experience: 5+ years in finance roles within the garment / apparel / fashion / manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain ERP systems for productive financial management.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights using BI tools such as Zoho Analytics and Power BI.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles within the garment / apparel / fashion / manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
