Position: Finance Executive

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 5 years

Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly competent, hands-on finance professional who can independently handle high-volume accounting operations in a 500 Cr business while working effectively within a lean finance team of four. Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceutical distribution, or large-scale trading/distribution companies will be preferred.

Key Requirements 1. Accounting & Transaction Management

- Robust command of end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Ability to handle large volumes of daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Expertise in ledger management, bank reconciliations, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
- Experience working in high-turnover businesses.

1. GST, Taxation & Compliance
- Excellent practical knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with GST returns, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Solid understanding of legal tax-saving strategies, tax planning, and financial optimisation.




- Ability to coordinate independently with auditors and consultants.

1. MNC Coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and experience in dealing directly with finance teams of multinational companies.
- Ability to manage complex reconciliations, debit notes, credit notes, claims, and settlements.
- Professional approach to resolving financial discrepancies.

Expertise

- Advanced Tally Prime expertise is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes and improve accounting efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Distribution industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing financial operations in companies with substantial turnover.
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
