About the Role

Lead financial due diligence on prospective investments, covering quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash, and carry the findings into valuation, deal terms and post-deal monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Run quality-of-earnings analysis: normalised EBITDA, revenue recognition and one-off items.
- Analyse net debt and debt-like items, normalised working capital and cash conversion.
- Review related-party transactions and contingent liabilities,



coordinating tax exposures with the Tax DD Manager.
- Reconcile MIS with audited accounts; review forecasts and business plans; build financial databooks. Scope and review external FDD work, and manage management data requests and the data room.
- Write red-flag reports and translate findings into price adjustments, completion mechanics, CPs and indemnities.
- Support valuation models and IC papers.
- Set up MIS templates and financial monitoring for portfolio companies after investment.

What We’re Looking For

- Chartered Accountant with 4–7 years in financial due diligence or transaction services or a PE deal team.
- Strong Ind AS and accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel and crisp report writing.
- Good to Have Forensic accounting exposure.
- CFA. Diligence on listed or IPO-bound companies.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

Standard FDD scoping templates in use on every deal. A databook and red-flag report for each live deal. Monthly MIS tracking for portfolio companies.
