About the Opportunity

We are looking for aspiring finance professionals in Wealth and Retail Banking. This opportunity is suited to fresh graduates interested in financial services, customer relationship management, banking products and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Wealth and Retail Banking teams in customer engagement and relationship management activities.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in identifying relevant banking products and services.
- Support customer acquisition, relationship development and business growth initiatives.
- Assist with customer follow-ups, service requests and coordination with internal banking teams.
- Help maintain customer information, records, reports and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Support banking product awareness, customer outreach and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
- Follow applicable banking policies,



confidentiality requirements and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or master's degree completed in 2026 in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Freshers with an interest in banking, financial services and customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Robust numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn about banking products, financial services and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable with customer interaction, outreach and business development activities.
