JOB DESCRIPTIONField Service Technician – Photocopier & Finishing Equipment Company: ASQ Tech Services Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Department: Technical Service & Support Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: ASQ Tech Services is looking for motivated and technically interested candidates to join our service team as Field Service Technicians. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of photocopiers, printers, Xerox machines, and printing finishing equipment at customer locations. Fresh diploma holders and candidates with experience in printer and photocopier servicing are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain photocopiers, digital printers, and Xerox machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and printing-related issues. Service and maintain printing finishing equipment, including binding, cutting, and other post-printing machines, as applicable.

Perform preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections. Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the expected turnaround time. Replace faulty parts, rollers, drums, and other machine components as required.

Maintain service reports, job sheets, and records of spare parts used. Provide basic operational guidance to customers. Travel to customer locations for on-site service and maintenance. Eligibility &





Qualifications Education: Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field. Freshers are welcome.

Freshers: Candidates with a diploma and a willingness to learn machine servicing can apply.

Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in servicing printers, photocopiers, Xerox machines, or digital printing equipment is preferred. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby areas.

SkillsKnowledge of printer and photocopier mechanisms. Familiarity with machine installation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to identify technical faults and work independently. Customer-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
