Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Laboratory & Scientific Instruments

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: Field Work / Travelling Required

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote laboratory and scientific instruments, develop new business opportunities, and expand our customer network across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit laboratories, colleges, universities, hospitals, research institutions and industrial customers.
- Travel to different cities and markets to promote products and generate sales.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business relationships.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate inquiries, follow up on quotations and convert leads into orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify potential dealers, distributors and institutional buyers.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.




- Maintain daily visit reports and provide regular sales updates.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to different locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer visits.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, laboratory instruments or industrial equipment is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.

Qualifications
- Graduate, Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
- Sales and marketing experience preferred but not mandatory.
