Viyal Technologies is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to promote KnockDok HIS and Gynec EMR, our healthcare software solutions for hospitals, maternity clinics, gynecologists, and IVF centres.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers among hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and IVF centres.
- Conduct field visits and build relationships with doctors, hospital owners, and administrators.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and medical events.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain customer details, sales activities, and forecasts in CRM software.
- Gather market feedback and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in healthcare.




- Experience in hospital software (HIS/EMR), medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new customers.
- Existing contacts with doctors and hospital decision-makers in Chennai.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Willingness to travel daily; own two-wheeler or car with a valid driving licence.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling healthcare software or subscription-based products.
- Knowledge of ABDM/ABHA, hospital billing, or healthcare regulations.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, Freshsales, or Salesforce.
