Field Sales Executive – Wholesale Business

Territory: Mumbai initially, with expansion opportunities

Bombay Art is an importer and wholesaler of artificial flowers, flower bunches, flower panels, artificial plants, decorative lights and event decoration products. We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to grow our retailer and wholesaler network.

Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, wholesalers, dealers and event decorators.
- Introduce our products, wholesale prices and product catalogue.
- Generate current customers and book orders.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries through WhatsApp and phone.
- Develop repeat buyers and long-term business relationships.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant field sales or B2B sales experience.




- Experience selling to retailers, wholesalers or distributors preferred.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling throughout assigned Mumbai markets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic Excel or Google Sheets.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 per month.
- Travel allowance: ₹3,000 per month, subject to company policy.
- Performance incentives: Up to ₹4,000 or more if separately approved.
- Target monthly package: ₹25,000.
