About MCONNECT

MCONNECT is an authorized distributor of Xiaomi/Redmi smartphones, dealing in mobiles, tablets, televisions, and accessories. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, target-oriented Business Executives to strengthen our business operations in the Idukki and Pathanamthitta districts.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile retailers and dealers.
- Promote Xiaomi/Redmi smartphones and other products in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer network.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and follow up with retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.

Candidate Preferences
- Candidates with experience in credit card sales, SIM card sales, telecom sales,



or field sales will be given priority.
- Candidates with experience in mobile phone sales or distribution will have an added advantage.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Freshers with a solid interest in sales may also apply.
