Employment Type: Full-Time ? Key Responsibilities• Source and acquire riders through field visits, referrals, hiring drives, and digital platforms.

- Explain vehicle rental plans, onboarding requirements, and payment processes to riders.
- Complete rider onboarding and ensure successful platform activation.
- Assist riders with app login, activation, wallet setup, recharges, and payout-related issues.
- Coordinate with Fleet, Service, and Operations teams to resolve vehicle-related concerns.
- Support vehicle recovery from inactive or non-performing riders through approved processes.
- Maintain rider relationships and improve rider retention.
- Update rider records and submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations. ✅ Requirements• Experience in field sales,



rider acquisition, customer onboarding, or last-mile operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into active riders.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in EV mobility, vehicle rental, or gig-worker acquisition will be an added advantage. ?
