Designation: Field Relationship Manager – Residential Rental Sales

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad

Job Role

We are looking for a Field Relationship Manager for our residential rental sales team. The candidate will handle customer leads, understand their rental requirements, show suitable properties, and convert leads into rental bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, and type of property.

Suggest suitable rental properties to customers.

Arrange and accompany customers for property visits.

Explain property details, rent, deposit, and other terms.

Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into rental deals.

Negotiate with customers and help close deals.

Coordinate with landlords, customers, and internal teams.

Help customers with the rental process and documentation.

Maintain daily updates on calls,



visits, follow-ups, and closures.

Achieve monthly sales and rental targets.

Requirements

Freshers also welcome

Experience in field sales, real estate, or rental sales is preferred.

Good communication skills in Local Language, Hindi and English.

Kannada will be an added advantage.

Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.

Should be comfortable travelling around Bengaluru for property visits.

Should be energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
