Job Role: Field Recruiter

Location: Villianur

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates for delivery associates and hub operations roles.

- Conduct field recruitment and walk-in interviews.

- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and joining.

- Verify candidate documents and complete onboarding formalities.

- Visit hubs and nearby locations to attract potential candidates.

- Maintain recruitment reports and follow up with selected candidates.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Skills: Valuable communication, candidate sourcing, negotiation, and coordination.

- Willingness to travel to different hub locations is required.
