VPNexues Private Limited is looking for a motivated and responsible Field Procurement & Supplier Development Executive to identify and develop reliable suppliers for grocery and agricultural products across South India.

The selected candidate will visit agricultural markets, farms, wholesalers and food manufacturers to source quality products, compare prices, collect samples and build robust supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop suppliers for grocery and agricultural products.
- Visit farmers, agricultural markets, wholesalers and food manufacturers.
- Collect product samples and coordinate quality verification.
- Compare supplier prices, product quality and availability.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms under company guidelines.
- Maintain supplier details, quotations and procurement records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain a database of farmers, FPOs, wholesalers and manufacturers.
- Coordinate with the management team regarding sourcing requirements.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and supplier updates.
- Support procurement activities and future domestic and export sourcing operations.





Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
- Interest in agriculture, grocery sourcing and supplier management.
- Ability to identify potential suppliers and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in procurement, sales, agriculture or supplier management may also apply.
- Candidates with a B.Sc. Agriculture, BBA or B.Com degree are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Salem and travel to sourcing locations as required.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on suitability.
