We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead on-ground operations, retail installations, rickshaw onboarding, route planning, and replenishment activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage installation and replenishment routes for retail stores and rickshaws.

- Oversee display installations, quality checks, and activation testing.
- Coordinate rickshaw onboarding, driver documentation, permissions, and QR kit allocation.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment activities.
- Manage field teams, installation partners, and logistics providers.
- Track daily field operations and ensure timely execution and reporting.

Requirements:



• 8+ years of experience in field operations, FMCG, telecom, payments, trade marketing, or merchandising.

- Experience managing field teams or contracted installer teams of 15+ members.
- Robust knowledge of route planning, stock control, and field execution.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.

Preferred : Experience in merchant networks, vehicle branding, outdoor installations, or serialised inventory management.
