The candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered addresses for payment follow-ups and collection.

Collect overdue payments as per company policies and procedures. Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues. Maintain professional relationships with customers and resolve payment-related queries.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment status, and collection activities. Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.





Handle customer concerns professionally and follow ethical collection practices. Coordinate with the collection team to improve recovery performance.

Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel for field visits. Knowledge of local areas and customer handling will be an advantage. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, depending on the role requirements.
