Key Responsibilities

- Oversee F&B; control operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle legal and statutory compliance matters relevant to restaurant operations.
- Lead, guide, and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance business performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational and compliance-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, timely renewals, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills & Competencies




- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliance related to the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Experience in BMC coordination and liaisoning with government authorities.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and implement new ideas.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
