About us:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to manage product displays, stock availability, store presentation, and product placement. The candidate will ensure that products are displayed attractively, shelves are properly maintained, and inventory is available to support sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and display products according to company guidelines and merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper product placement, pricing, labeling, and promotional displays.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Check product expiry dates, damaged goods, and stock discrepancies where applicable.
- Maintain attractive and organized shelves, racks, and display areas.
- Implement promotional activities, offers, and seasonal displays.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and display strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits and prepare merchandising reports.




- Coordinate with store managers, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

- Graduate; relevant qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is preferred.
- Knowledge of product displays, stock management, and retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between stores, if required.
