Job Title: Retail Sales Store Executive Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and benefits.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and generate invoices.

Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and merchandising.

Check stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock replenishment.

Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.

Maintain daily sales, stock, and cash reports.

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Follow company policies and maintain a professional store environment.

Requirements 10th /12th pass or Graduate preferred.

6 months–3 years of experience in retail sales/store operations.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.

Basic computer knowledge.

Sales-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
