Eligibility & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject (M.Sc./M.A. or equivalent).
- B.Ed. qualification preferred, wherever applicable.
- Robust subject knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
- Experience teaching PUC / 11th and 12th standard students is preferred.
- Freshers with good subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures.
- Explain concepts clearly and develop students’ problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
- Support students in board examinations and competitive exam preparation.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment.
