Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with styling, outfit selection and personalised shopping.
- Have a good understanding of the collections, fabrics, embroidery and craftsmanship behind the brand.
- Deliver a warm, thoughtful and personalised luxury retail experience.
- Help manage sales, billing, customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to sales targets.

Requirements

- Experience in fashion retail, luxury sales or styling preferred.
- A keen interest in Indian textiles, craftsmanship and contemporary fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, proactive and comfortable interacting with discerning clientele.
