Job Title: Faculty & Student Counsellor

Location: RKU City Campus, Rajkot

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Faculty & Student Counsellor to deliver quality education, guide students in their academic journey, and support their overall development. The role involves classroom teaching, academic counselling, student progress monitoring, and admissions support to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lectures, conduct assessments, and manage examinations as per the academic schedule.

Explain subject concepts effectively and develop teaching materials aligned with the curriculum and industry requirements.

Provide academic and career counselling to help students make informed educational and professional decisions.

Monitor student performance, attendance, and progress while maintaining accurate academic records and reports.

Support student admissions by counselling prospective students, addressing queries, and conducting regular follow-ups.

Guide students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and learning pathways.





Identify students’ academic challenges and provide appropriate guidance and mentoring.

Coordinate with academic, admissions, and student support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain a disciplined, supportive, and student-friendly learning environment.

Participate in academic meetings, student engagement activities, and institutional initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Robust subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain academic records.

Good organizational, counselling, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to engage students, understand their concerns, and support their academic development.

A proactive attitude with a commitment to student success and continuous learning.
