: FACTORY SUPERVISOR Location: Akkampeta , Tada, Andhra Pradesh Experience: Fresher – 15 Years Department: Production / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production activities, supervise workers, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities. Allocate work to operators and factory workers based on production requirements. Monitor production targets, productivity, and workflow.

Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards. Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to factory rules and safety procedures. Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, stores, and other departments.





Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain production reports, attendance records, and shift-wise output data. Identify operational issues and take corrective action to avoid production delays.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Freshers to Maximum 15 years of experience in factory supervision or manufacturing operations can apply. Valuable knowledge of production processes, workforce management, and quality control. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage workers and achieve production targets within deadlines. Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
