We have an urgent requirement for a Facility Manager (Technical Background) to manage a residential society.

Designation: Facility Manager-Technical

Location: Indore

Experience: 5-8 Years (Facility Management/Society Management)

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Facility Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all services.
- Manage housekeeping, security, horticulture, and technical teams.

1. Technical Maintenance

- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets, electrical systems, pumps, STP, WTP, firefighting systems, lifts, and other utility equipment.
- Monitor AMC schedules and vendor performance.

1. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).

1. Resident/Society Committee Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact for society management committee members.
- Resolve resident complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Control

- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of bills, invoices, and vendor payments.

1. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Conduct regular safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.

1. Team Management

- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Conduct periodic team meetings and performance reviews.

1. Reporting

- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports, maintenance reports, and operational updates to management and society committees.
