Job Title: Facility Lead – Soft Services

Location: Khajaguda – Hyderabad (Client place)

Experience: 5–7 Years (Relevant Experience in Soft Services is Mandatory)

Salary : 5 – 6 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage daily housekeeping, pantry, washroom hygiene, and overall cleanliness at the client location.

· Supervise housekeeping and pantry staff, including attendance, duty allocation, and shift management.

· Monitor cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and service quality through regular inspections.

· Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

· Ensure proper waste management, safety practices, and compliance with client SOPs.

· Coordinate with the operations team for manpower requirements and service improvements.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for housekeeping and pantry materials, consumables stock, and consumption.

· Maintain daily,



weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists and ensure all scheduled activities are completed.

· Standardize soft services processes, SOPs, cleaning procedures, and reporting formats across the site.

· Monitor canteen operations, food hygiene, cleanliness, service quality, and vendor performance.

· Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of corridors, reception areas, workstations, meeting rooms,

washrooms, and common areas.

· Maintain housekeeping records, inspection checklists, material stock registers, and audit documents.

· Monitor pantry consumables replenishment, material usage, and wastage control.

· Ensure shift-wise manpower allocation and deployment for housekeeping, pantry, technical operations.

· Maintain records of cleaning checklists, duty rosters, attendance, and daily MIS reports. pest control,

deep cleaning, waste management, and periodic cleaning activities.

Requirements:

· Relevant experience in soft services / facility management is mandatory.

· Experience in corporate offices or IT Industry is preferred.

· Good team management, communication, and Team-handling skills.

· Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment management.
