- Knowledge in administration, office space development, wiring, circuit wiring & sub-mains
- Operation & maintenance of Equipment like HT Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, UPS, Starter

Panels, DBs, Power & Control wiring including Breakdown maintenance, Preventive Maintenance.
- Ensure Proper work permit for the planned work of Maintenance or other assigned work for the

technicians and contractor working in the premises.
- Monitoring & control of all data logbooks.
- Keeping Track of OEM Services under warranty management, AMC management & in-house

planned Maintenance.
- All Statutory requirements should be adhered to and maintained.
- Ability to handle machines breakdowns, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
- Preparing checklist for electrical/mechanical equipment along with the co-worker for Predictive /

Preventive / breakdown maintenance.
- Efficient in failure analysis (why-why / pareto / fishbone etc.) for breakdowns.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.




- Dedication to close daily received complaints on priorities by aligning all stakeholders considering

all safety parameters. Skills,

Ability

- Strong Knowledge of operation and maintenance of LT Panels, VFD, MCCB, UPS, Starter Panels,

DBs, Power & Control wiring
- Good Knowledge of plumbing rising and water distribution system
- Good and in-depth Knowledge of maintenance documentation and logbook data monitoring.
- Adaptability & implementation of current ideas, processes and assigned work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and sometimes customers.
- Commitment to following safety protocols & Procedures.

Compulsory education 3 Years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Related Field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
