Job Purpose To coordinate and monitor fabric requirements, development, sourcing, approvals, production, and delivery to ensure the right fabric quality, quantity, colour, and specifications are available on time for garment production.

Required Qualification

- Any degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in fabric follow-up or textile coordination is preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 5 years of experience in fabric follow-up, merchandising, or textile purchasing.
- Experience in garment manufacturing, knitting, dyeing,



or textile processing is an advantage.
- Freshers with relevant textile knowledge may be considered for junior positions.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Knowledge of knitted and woven fabrics.
- Understanding of GSM, width, composition, shrinkage, and colour/shade variation.
- Basic knowledge of fabric consumption and garment production requirements.
- Knowledge of dyeing, printing, finishing, and fabric testing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and ERP systems.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
